Your pregnancy is a unique and special moment in life.
You create life and this period is a “parenthesis in a woman’s life” where you must take care of yourself and prioritize certain activities for your well-being and that of your baby.
My goal is to help you to feel good in your body which is undergoing big changes throughout your pregnancy and after! You may face some difficulties and I will be there to overcome them with you by providing you with real solutions to your problems.
Together we will also prepare for childbirth thanks to tools that will be very useful to you on D-Day but also afterward...
By starting Yoga as soon as possible you anticipate Postpartum and limit damages. These keys will help you rediscover your body and maintain your well-being as a woman from the inside and the outside.
I filmed this Pre-Natal Yoga program throughout my pregnancy to support you and allow you to follow the exercises that I practiced month after month.

Post Natal yoga in a few words, what is it and what will it allow me to achieve?
In 6 WEEKS you will feel that you have done what your body needed after pregnancy:
- Phase 1: Eliminate
- Phase 2: Recover
- Phase 3: Re-toning
I offer you 6 videos of 20-30 minutes to do in order, 1 video per week for 6 weeks.
Thanks to this scrupulously studied program, designed for young mothers, tested and approved, I assure you that you will find your body and your sensations almost as if nothing had happened.
Step by step, we will work gently first on the stomach and the residue to be eliminated, on the tone of the perineum, the tightening of the abdominals and finally we will regain mobility in the body so that you can resume your activities safely afterward .
The exercises offered can be done at will during this period and even longer for even more benefits...
Rest assured, you can keep your baby next to you if he is sleeping and if he is awake, you can put him on your mat on a nursing cushion for example or take him on your arm in certain postures such as the tailor. .
When you have just given birth you don't necessarily have the time or the desire to go to a yoga studio.
Here I allow you practice from your home as soon as you have some time.

My technique is inspired by Gasquet's method enriched by my personal experience because I have also been a mother since May 27, 2021 and I was able to test this program on myself before filming it.
