You now have 9 videos in French and 3 in English to do in order or not, depending on your condition and any problems you are experiencing.
I offer personalized follow-up with the program. Several phone calls should be organized during your pregnancy to take some news. (Make an appointment by email)
If you have any discomfort or problem, talk to your midwife or gynecologist.
The most important thing above all is to listen to your body. I hope this helps you and allows you to live these nine months as best as possible.

Here are some postures to do with the dad or your partner. They help relieve pain during pregnancy and on the day of delivery during contractions. It is also a good way to give a place and a role to your companion and to share these moments as a couple.
